With today’s social media its harder than ever to feel good about yourself, with filters, surgeries, injections of steroids’ or Botox and every other person posting Keto or their Gym pics, there seems to be an even bigger demand to “get more perfect”
Is this because we are so desperate for attention that we will go to any extremes or is it that we seriously have a mental health disorder! I mean being fit and good looking is what we would all like to achieve without too much money or effort right? So why should we be judged if we are not too perfect and then be judged that we are “too obsessive” about our weight, fitness, looks etc .. seems a little like double standards really.
However it is deemed, due to social media pressure, that Body dysmorphic disorder is on the rise dramatically (BD is a mental health disorder in which you can’t stop thinking about one or more perceived defects or flaws in your appearance — a flaw that appears minor or can’t be seen by others but something you obsess about) It is said that people are becoming more unsocial because you may feel so embarrassed, ashamed and anxious that you may avoid many social situations for fear of being judged.
Are we too obsessive these days to get those “purfect plumpy ass cheeks” and rub down those hot pecks with oil while sliding on to those beefed up arms covered in those gorgeous tattoos (covering all the skin possible) or are we simply trying to just feel better about ourselves and improve ourselves if we can?

What are your thoughts on this topic? Have you gone to extremes to look better (boob job, tummy tuck, steroid overload and 7.5 days a week at the gym?
Let’s here how far you would go to be the perfect you or how crazy you think it is to change a thing about all that fluffy love you have on your waistline .. do you ever feel embarrassed about yourself or you have grown to love you all over and an extra double love on Sunday Sofa days not caring while everyone else is packing their 7 day food schedule?
